jSCT Test 013

This example has no display elements or user interface. The page contains js code for performing numerical calculations. This code is designed to be run and timed from the js console in order to compare it to C code run from a Unix shell. The command to run is "gj(size, printFlag);", where size is the size of a random square matrix, and printFlag is either true or false for printing matrices to the console. The value returned is the elapsed time in seconds. Note: when using Firefox, these tests should be performed from the Firebug console, not the standard web console, which is about 25 times slower, for some reason. Results
